The Fleet Maintenance CustomerSupport Rep will Work on site, on-line, and over the phone with theFleet Manager, Technicians, Materials Group, Billing, and Customerto ensure exceptional customer support at dedicated fleetlocations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Fleet MaintenanceCustomer Support Rep include the following.

Other duties maybe assigned:

Customer Relationship Work directly with the FleetManager and Customer to assist in daily fleet operations.This mayinclude working with drivers, supervisors, or other customerpersonnel regarding repairs and schedules of all vehicles.Fleet Operations Utilize computer system(s) to processrepair orders from start to finish in accordance to the companystandard to ensure all information is tracked and relayed tocustomer in a timely manner.Audit cases for VMRS coding, timetracking, parts and operation accuracy prior to closing inpreparation for invoicing.Use computer system to track andmaintain accurate inventory.

Communicate with customer in person,over the phone and using electronic (web-based) tools.AssistFleet Manager and techs in managing parts inventory, parts orderingand scheduling outside service repairs.Working with outsidevendors to track and update progress of repairs and to manage theinvoice process.QUALIFICATIONS for Fleet Maintenance Customer SupportRep Computer Systems - efficiently and accurately enterinformation.Communication Skills Ability to listen and speakprofessionally at all times.Strong organizational skills.Effectively participate inself-directed work teams.Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50pounds.Must be able to work independently EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE for Fleet Maintenance CustomerSupport RepHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or oneto three months related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.
